Why did the boy throw the cat in the pool? Watch this short movie to see how a boy mishandles a cat. I think all cat lovers and animal lovers will like this with some reservations because it is a young boy, a child, who unknowingly behaves badly and suffers the consequences to himself.
We can't blame the boy as he far to young but can we blame the parents? Well I think we can because parents should monitor and train kids in relation to their relationship with the family's cat companions.
That said we have to allow some margin for error in parenting. We all make errors and fail.
The cat is obviously frightened and runs away as soon as possible. The boy's handling of the cat is horrible and typical of uninformed behavior in relation to a domestic cat.
