Cat alert signs are pretty important really. So often I read on the internet newspaper sites about cats being killed in house fires. But cats hide when they are in danger and if the owner has got out of the fire unharmed and is not in a situation to inform the firemen the cat will often die. Some of the most memorable pictures of cats, who are using up one of their nine lives, is of fireman using breathing equipment to resuscitate a cat having being rescued from a fire.
