Cat Colors

by Ellie
(Australia)

What sort of colours would you get if you crossed a Persian cat with a black and white cat. If you have any photos that would be very helpful. ANS: I would like someone else to answer this too. My answer is it depends on the genes carried by the Persian cat. What color is the Persian cat? If we know that, we can work out the genes that made those colors and then work out how they will interact with the genes of the black and white cat. The piebald gene creates white in a black a white cat. The piebald gene is semi-dominant with variable expression.
