Festival Greetings From Cats Matahari and Matata

by Rudolph.A.Furtado
(Mumbai)

Fat cat

Fat cat "Matata" in the festive mood.

Cat "Matata" relaxing on his masters chair wishes everyone from the "Cat Family" and most of all the site promoter Michael , a "Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year-2010". Matata's dam, Matahari, who has been inbred to him is due to deliver kittens in approx 2 months, a surprise to me as "Matata" is just 9 months of age.

As mentioned in my previous articles , I intend breeding a local breed of Traditional Persian Cats acclimatised to the hot and humid conditions of Mumbai's climate.

Hope I am successful.

Rudolph

Hi Rudolph... A Happy Christmas and a Prosperous New Year from me, Binnie, Charlie and Michelle...Michael

I like the idea of a traditional Indian Persian Cat. A Persian designed for hot climates. Good luck.

Favourite chairs
by: Finn Frode, Denmark

Hi Rudolph. Many Season Greetings to you too in Mumbai. I've very much enjoyed reading about your beautiful cats - may your plans progress successfully in 2010.
Yes, that picture shows just how it is - a cat will always choose the best chair in the room. One with a good view, comfortable and with a bit of scent from it's human. Our Snow White prefers my wife's rocking chair, but lately my computer chair has also become a favourite. I think she knows, I'll pay her treats for moving elsewhere... ;-)
