Get her spayed & keep her inside & you won't have to worry about kittens. Otherwise the vet will most likely have to deliver her kittens by C section. Then get her spayed.

Why don't you take her to the vet to check if she is pregnant indeed. And if she is she might need professional help giving birth and very possibly a c-section to help her get the babies out. So if you take good care of her and watch her closely as she gets near her due date and have your vet stand by in case she can't deliver her babies herself - then I think she will be fine. You can help her get through it.
