Maine Coon Cat Pepe Le Pue

by Kathy
(Ohio)

Pepe

Pepe

Pepe was a stray kitten (I named him after the cartoon skunk because he looks like one!) one very cold winter night last year. I had just come in from outside - I turned around and he was sitting right in the middle of my living room looking up at me as if he belonged there.

I have 2 other older cats too. Smokey is an all gray 20 lb, 7 yrs old and Blue is a lilac-point Siamese and is 6 yrs old. Pepe is very playful and bossy with the other 2, likes to take over the entire house and he is fearless! I let him go out on my enclosed deck but that was a mistake! He climbed up onto my hot tub and then climbed from there onto the rooftop!

My neighbor across the street saw him once on the roof and hollered over "do you know there's a cat on your roof?" and I said "yes, I know - its my cat! Talk about a cat on a hot tin roof! LOL. By the way, he climbed into my purse in the photo above so I couldn't resist taking the picture - he's also climbed right into my heart!

I love your Maine Coon cat Pepe Le Pue. Pepe is totally gorgeous and thank you for sharing this with us... Michael POC Admin. I just learned about Pepé Le Pew (or Pepe Le Peu) who is is an Academy Award-winning fictional character in the Warner Bros. Looney Tunes cartoons from 1945 (first show). I changed the title a bit to make the article easy for Google to find.
