Maine Coon?

Was wondering if you think this is a Maine Coon. I got her from a shelter??

Hi Linda: Your cat is probably a tabby and white moggie with possibly some Maine Coon in her. It is hard to say. There are a lot of "Maine Coon Mix" rescue cats. Even rescue centers that specialise in purebred cats have Maine Coon mix cats for rehoming. I would have thought that if she was a purebred Maine Coon you would have been told and in any event you'll need a predigree (history of parentage) to establish it.

But she looks fantastic. And I think I am correct in saying that your cat is female. She looks female!
