My Burmese cat, Koko

by Joey

My cat Koko is a chocolate Burmese. She is very affectionate and lovable, but she can sometimes get on our nerves, like when she sits on my homework or stares at nothing in particular as if its an axe murderer, when in reality its more likely to be a moth or a brown splodge on the wall. She sometimes runs to the other end of the house like a mad thing for no reason other than a feather floating by in front of her face, or jumps off my lap and walks into another room only to meow in loneliness a few seconds later.

She can be a bit of a nuisence, but she is our Koko, and we love her.

Joey

Koko
by: Rachel

Haha, this post reminded me of my Burmese, Koko, who I had to put down a few weeks ago. Saw this post, and I actually thought a member of my family had written it. Wish I could post a pic of her here.

Koko sounds sweet
by: C. Kennie

Your cat sounds so sweet. My Kitty Grumbles loves to sit directly in front of my computer monitor so that I will "notice" her. It can be an interruption at times but I love her so much that it hardly matters. It's nice to know that you are enjoying Koko so much. Burmese are so easy to fall in love with and they return the love 100%.

Understand
by: Anonymous

I understand what you say. Cats are a bit different to us. That is a good thing! But it does mean they have routines and ways that can clash a bit (rarely). Despite that they are great companions if we accept these difference, in fact, enjoy them and love them as you do.
