My beautiful cat, Sammy, is the official mascot for my radio show, Amerika Now (www.radioamerikanow.com), heard Saturdays on the Genesis Communications Radio Network (www.gcnlive.com)-rated the #1 alternative talk radio network in the world. Sammy is a favorite on the show and gets many emails, fan letters, and even "hellos" from listeners who call into the show. He's absolutely devoted to the show, as he gets all excited when we head to the studio and has his own "throne" on the set (although he's wondering when he gets his own mic!) and is a favorite with the producer and my staff. Sammy is very affectionate and a great companion, although he's stubborn at times when he knows he's right about something & then gets very vociferous! Fortunately, it's not while we are on the air! And his coat is like touching silk; it's so amazingly soft and silky, just gorgeous. I've had many cats, but I have to say Sammy is the most intelligent and most beloved cat I've had--and I hope to have him for a long time yet to come.
