To whomever may read this....I was introduced to these books when I was nine. My grandmother, Nana, gave them to me as a gift, and I thanked her sincerely.

But, as we've all been nine, we all know how...absent-minded they can be. I finished the first chapter, having not understood any of it, and set the books down for another twelve months.

That year later, I was mightily bored of reading my many other books over and over and over again, and I picked Into the Wild up again.

And loved it.

Now I have read all the books, not including the mangas, and I write myself. Books, too. Not just fanfictions or anything.

I have to thank all the Erins for bringing this out in me. I could not have done it without all of you.
